Teamsters Local 436 has available to members and Retirees only a work out room.  The room is available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This facility includes a treadmill, sauna, free weights and a universal weight machine. There is also a shower room available to you after your workout! (Bring your own toiletries).

We ask all members to sign a release holding the Union harmless of any injury which may occur while using the facility.

Please check in at the front office when you arrive to verify membership and to sign a release form-- then enjoy your workout!
