Union Stewards Union Stewards are your co-workers. They diligently work to protect you on the job and serve an important position of Union-Management Liaison. Many of the responsiblities of a Union Steward include: Representing Union MembersAddressing your concerns and problemsUnderstanding and answering questions about your contractWorking with management to solve problemsThey watch out for potential safety issues or hazzardsContacting your Business Agent when necessaryThey listen to your problems and concernsThey are your first step towards action if a problem arises It's because of the Union Stewards dedication and service to the membership we are able to provide outstanding representation. Without them being our eyes and ears this would not be possible.Thank you to all of our Union Stewards.
